helpful staff ski access mountain view small bedroom missing information major failing
i found the reception staff very helpful they were curteous. the location offers ski in and ski out access it is near the pistes. the apartment included a lovely balcony i could enjoy a mountain view from it and it felt warm.
i noticed the bedrooms were very small. i had advised them i had a baby. i feel i should have been informed a cot would not fit in either bedroom unless you climb into single beds from the end. i think this lack of information was a major failing.

excellent stay with mountain views

prime location ski access free transport
The location was excellent. Getting to the main street was easy thanks to escalators. the views over the valley were beautiful (i enjoyed them a lot!). free transport to the bus terminal was a plus.
the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

there is a walk in and out ski locker room on the ground floor. storage space in the apartment was plentiful. the fridge was very large, awesome for stocking up for the week.

the apartment size was good. the sauna room was nice. i could ski from the apartment easily.
the air blowers in the ski locker may not be working properly or are not very efficient.
